Departing from Cairns, embark on a 1.5-hour journey aboard our air-conditioned catamaran to reach Sunlover's Moore Reef Pontoon on the Outer Great Barrier Reef.
This pontoon is perfectly positioned and fullyequipped to ensure that visitors of all ages and abilities can fully immerse themselves in the beauty of thereef, with its vibrant coral, fascinating marine life, including turtles, and more. At the pontoon, glass bottom boat, semi sub trips are included, as well as access to the only waterslide on the reef, the underwater observatory, sun deck and extra large supervised snorkel zone, with all snorkel gear included at the pontoon.
The journey continues with a visit to Fitzroy Island where buffet lunch will be served, then you’ll have a further 1.5-2 hrs to enjoy this beautiful tropical paradise. Fitzroy Island is a Favourite among Cairns locals, with 99%of its landscape covered in lush tropical rainforest, complemented by granite outcrops, open woodlands,mangroves, and coral-fringed beaches. Snorkell gear is not included, we find that preference is relaxing on the beaches, enjoying some of the trail walks, or just going for a swim at the beach.
