Itinerary
1 Day Great Ocean Road Sunset Tour
Ready for the ultimate road trip along the Great Ocean Road with a cheeky twist? Say goodbye to early morning alarms and hello to a luxurious 11:30 AM departure from Melbourne! Because, honestly, who doesn’t love a sleep-in, right?
Our adventure kicks off with a scenic cruise along southern Australia’s dreamy surf beaches—picture-perfect views at every turn, and plenty of chances to spot some local wildlife. But first, a sweet detour: the Great Ocean Road Chocolaterie and Ice Creamery! Yes, you read that right—free chocolate samples. Enjoy the sugary goodness while soaking in the stunning views because, let’s face it, life’s just better with chocolate.
As we wind our way down the spectacular coast, your camera's going to get a workout with those jaw-dropping ocean vistas. If we’re feeling extra fancy, we’ll drop into the postcard-perfect seaside town of Apollo Bay, where you can grab lunch or even an early dinner. It’s all about keeping things laid-back and easy.
Next, we’ll roll through the lush greenery of Great Otway National Park, leading us straight to Port Campbell National Park—where the history of the shipwreck coast comes to life. Get ready for some seriously dramatic scenery at Loch Ard Gorge, and we’ll throw in a few wild shipwreck stories for good measure.
And now, the grand finale: the iconic Twelve Apostles, just in time for sunset. Imagine golden light spilling over these majestic rock formations, creating a moment so magical, it might just make you tear up (or at least give you the best selfie lighting ever).
On the way back to Melbourne, we’ll make a quick stop in Colac for dinner—because every adventure deserves a good feed to finish it off. Don’t miss out on this epic day of sun, surf, scenery, and chocolatey delights!
